Off-Mains Drainage Installation Henley-on-Thames
We are currently working on a project in Henley-on-Thames, the site consists of a collective of a 12 year old development of new build properties where the original developer installed a Sewage Treatment Plant with an overflow to a ‘crate’ style soakaway system in clay ground conditions.
Not only is this completely against building regulations it has left the home owners with a system that no longer functions and causes their drainage system to
back-up to the properties requiring regular tanker visits to empty as the soakaway system has failed.
Working with the Environment Agency and a local borehole contractor we have established that a discharge to approximately 25mtrs depth below the clay will provide a solution to the problem.
